I remember a time a few years ago when we had just started our journey in home healthcare.
There was a patient in a critical care unit of a hospital,with advanced malignancy. She wanted to travel to her home town in Punjab, from Pune.
The family were at their wit’s end because the airline would not accept the patient unless there was an intensivist accompanying the patient.
Somehow they contacted us and we organized the intensivist cover and she reached her home town safely.
There are many such anecdotes where we were able to offer services which are not even available if one can pay for them.
We are fortunate to have had the chance to be called in to address real needs which the mainstream healthcare industry doesn’t even know exist.
We offer to our patients special services like Patient Advisory , Facilitation and Concierge Services.
