Introduction

Ms. Nupur Batura is Head of Operations at Goa unit of Sunburst Healthcare.
She is a lawyer by profession, and has been working with Sunburst Healthcare since its inception.
Having received extensive training in home healthcare, it is only apt that she should be assigned the task of operationalising and developing the Goa unit.
Her understanding of legal and corporate affairs and home healthcare services, will be an asset , when it comes to running Goa centre.
She will be supported by the head office team and also a Goa based team of healthcare personnel.

Dr. Sujata Malik

CEO & Managing Director

Dr Sujata Malik is a healthcare leader with a vast experience in all aspects of hospital management. She has an in-depth knowledge of tactical and strategic hospital management.
She has received multiple awards including the Economic Times Award for Most Promising Women Leaders of 2022.
She has also been a speaker at several national and international conferences.
She started her career in the Army Medical Corps and worked as a medical doctor for the first 15 years of her career.
Thereafter she completed her post-graduation in Hospital Management from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences.
She has held senior leadership positions in premier hospitals like Jehangir Hospital Pune, part of the reputed Apollo Group of Hospitals, Ruby Hall Clinic, a 750 bedded super-speciality, tertiary care hospital , and Sakra World Hospital, an Indo-Japanese venture.
She has handled both operational and business and strategic functions with equal competence.
She is a Principal Assessor with NABH and has coordinated the quality assurance and accreditation function in all organisations she has been associated with.
She has consulted several large and mid size hospitals in obtaining accreditation with NABH.
She is a Certified Internal Auditor for JCI Accreditation.
She is also a Member of American College of Healthcare Executives.
