Teleconsultation is a way to reach large numbers of people circumventing the barriers of physical distance.
It is an excellent means of reaching out to larger sections of population without the need to travel.
During COVID there was massive surge in demand for this type of care.
However post COVID we find the demand for virtual consultations has considerably diminished.
People want a doctor to actually come home, and examine them, and advice. Fortunately for us, we have both modes of providing doctor consultation.
We regularly provide doctors at home to our patients and it is a much appreciated service.
